Shipping & Returns
Dispatch times, delivery estimates, and how returns work.
Dispatch
Every piece is finished and packed by hand at the Bandia studio in Co. Cork. If your order will take longer than usual to prepare, we will let you know.
Delivery
- Ireland: typically three to five days.
- International: about ten days, depending on destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We want you to love your piece. If you change your mind, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return it within a further 14 days for a full refund, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging with its story card.
To arrange a return, email bandia@fastmail.net with your order number. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered — in that case we will cover it and put things right with a replacement or full refund.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund faulty items in line with your consumer rights.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome within the same 14-day window, subject to availability — email us and we will arrange it.
Anything else
If there is any other problem with your order, email bandia@fastmail.net and we will sort it out.
